On your trip to Monterrey you may do some or all of the following activities: | • | Meet your sponsored friend and possibly their family. | | • | Enjoy performances by sponsored children and aging. | | • | Travel to the subprojects and learn how CFCA supports and empowers the poor. | | • | Attend presentations about the social conditions or obstacles that face CFCA families and communities. | | • | Witness firsthand the living conditions in some of the poorest areas of Mexico. | | • | Visit with the local people and learn from their diverse experiences, perspectives, and strong faith. | | • | See the Mexican countryside and cities. | | • | Experience the unique culture of northern Mexico not as a tourist, but as an honored guest and friend. |
Please note: The itineraries of the Mexico mission trips vary. One date may be more appropriate for you depending on the location of your sponsored friend. Please refer to the special flyer on Mexico trips to ensure you enroll for the trip that will allow you to visit your sponsored friend. The trip cost is $450. Food, lodging and in-country transportation are included. Airfare is not included.
