On your trip to the Dominican Republic, you may participate in some or all of the following activities: | • | Meet your sponsored child or aging person, and possibly their family, face to face. | | • | Enjoy performances by sponsored children and aging. | | • | Travel to the subprojects in the surrounding area and learn of the work CFCA does to support and empower the poor. | | • | Attend presentations about the social conditions or obstacles that face the families and communities of sponsored children and aging. | | • | Witness firsthand the living conditions in some of the poorest areas of the Dominican Republic. | | • | Visit with the local people and learn from their diverse experiences, perspectives, and strong faith. |
The trip cost is $450. Food, lodging and in-country transportation are included. Airfare is not included.
