On your trip to Kenya you may do some or all of the following activities: | • | Meet your sponsored friend and possibly their family. | | • | Enjoy performances by sponsored children and aging. | | • | Travel to subprojects in the surrounding area and learn how CFCA supports and empowers the poor. | | • | Attend presentations about the social conditions or obstacles that face CFCA families and communities. | | • | Witness firsthand the living conditions in some of the poorest areas of Kenya. | | • | Visit with the local people and learn from their diverse experiences, perspectives, and strong faith. | | • | Participate in a short safari tour. |
Please note: The Feb. 22 - Mar. 4 trip will be visiting all Kenya projects, excluding Owila project and Nairobi subprojects NYA, BON and KSM. The Sep. 13-24 trip will be visiting all Kenya projects, excluding Matiri project. Regardless of which trip you choose, you will have the opportunity to meet your sponsored friend.
