Related Links: Lonely Planet - El Salvador Trip Description: On your trip to El Salvador, you may do some or all of the following activities: • Meet your sponsored friend and possibly their family. • Enjoy performances by sponsored children and aging. • Travel to the subprojects and learn how CFCA supports and empowers the poor. • Attend presentations about the social conditions or obstacles that face the families and communities of sponsored children and aging. • Witness firsthand the living conditions in some of the poorest areas of El Salvador. • Visit with the local people and learn from their diverse experiences, perspectives, and strong faith. • Observe volcanoes and the beauty of the Salvadoran landscape. • Experience the culture of El Salvador not as a tourist, but as an honored guest and friend.
