Nutrition and food security

The worldwide economic recession has led to increases in food prices. Already struggling to obtain sufficient nutrition, families living in poverty are disproportionately and drastically impacted by scarcities and ever-increasing food prices.

Your donation will:

• provide life-sustaining food subsidies for families in greatest need, especially in areas experiencing floods or droughts.
• help CFCA projects develop long-term solutions to the ongoing problem of poor or insufficient nutrition experienced by families in the Hope for a Family sponsorship program.
• support sustainable food programs designed to help families living in poverty achieve long-term food security.

Donations to the CFCA Food Assistance Fund support nutritional and food security needs for families in the sponsorship program.
